There are several trails throughout the garden, and you can even book a guided tour to learn even more about the plants. You can see flowers, cacti, and other desert plants at the garden, and you can even explore the garden at night. The Desert Botanical Garden within the park is home to over 700 different types of plants, and the garden is ever-changing. With over 8 miles of trails, you’re sure to discover something new each time you visit. For hikers and nature lovers, the garden is a great place to hike during the cooler months, as it’s filled with beautiful desert plants and cacti and very little shade. If you are visiting during their spring or fall season, be sure to take part in one of the free guided tours offered daily. The Desert Botanical Garden is open every day of the year and is free to visit.
